We ship with insulated packaging and ice packs for cooling. We recommend that you choose a shipping option of UPS Next Day Air Saver® (1 day) or UPS 2nd Day Air® Shipping. (Regular UPS Ground can take 1 to 5 days per UPS website) If the temperature in your part of the country is above 80°, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee cannot guarantee against melting. Also, if we are experiencing high temperatures on our end we may delay shipment until things cool down a bit.

You may also want follow tracking and retrieve item as soon as delivered to help prevent goodies from melting.
